The National Athletics League comprises 32 clubs split across two levels.
At the top of the NAL is the Premiership involving 8 clubs, while the second level is the Championship Division involving 24 clubs, split into North, South, West and East regional groups which each contain 6 teams.
For the 2025 season, fixtures are being held on:
Match 1 – Saturday 31st May
Match 2 – Saturday 5th July
Match 3 – Saturday 19th July – Championship only
Match 4 – Saturday 16th August
For the Championship, a Promotion Match will take place on 16th August, involving the top two teams from the North, South, East and West regional groups. From this match, the top two teams will be promoted to the Premiership.
