League Records

The National Athletics League (NAL) records are the best performances achieved in NAL competitions since 2020 or BAL and UKWAL fixtures since 1969, by athletes from member clubs declared as scoring athletes within the event. Performances which are wind assisted or for which a wind reading is not available will be considered illegal. Hand timing performances in 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 110m/100m Hurdles, 400m Hurdles and 4x100m Relay will also be considered illegal.

Any athlete or relay team who break a National Athletics League Record, and that performance Is not subsequently broken before the conclusion of the season on Sunday 6^th August 2023 shall receive £500.
