UK Athletics is developing a 12-year plan to support the delivery of Athletics Unified 2020-2032. A new leadership team is in place and has embarked on an exciting journey to drive the organisation forward.

Consulting with athletes, coaches, officials and other important stakeholders across the sport is an important part of developing the plan.

In March we held Focus Groups with smaller groups of stakeholders to discuss ideas for the future of UK Athletics and we now want to share the insight and themes.
