
The National Athletics League comprises two levels involving 32 clubs. At the top of the NAL is the Premiership involving 8 clubs. The second level is the Championship Division which involves 24 clubs, divided into North, South, East and West regional groups, each containing 6 clubs.
Premiership teams will take part in three fixtures, while the Championship teams take part in four. The last of these Championship fixtures will be a Promotion Match, with the top two from each regional group going forward to fight for promotion.
From that season-ending match, the top two teams will be promoted to the Premiership for 2026.
